Blue Heron Marketing LLC ("Blue Heron," "we," "us") operates this client portal and provides marketing services to our clients. This policy explains what information we access, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Our clients are local businesses who engage us to manage their advertising, local search presence, and online marketing. This portal displays each client's own marketing performance to that client.
Google account data is used solely to provide the marketing management and reporting services the client has engaged us for — for example, displaying advertising and ranking performance in this dashboard, publishing service updates ("posts") to the client's Google Business Profile, and reading or responding to reviews on the client's behalf.
Limited Use. Blue Heron's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and we do not allow humans to read it except with the client's consent, for security, or as required by law.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is restricted to authenticated client sessions and authorized Blue Heron staff. We retain data only as long as needed to provide services or as required by law.
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the client it belongs to, with service providers that help operate the platform (e.g., Google), and where required by law.
A client may revoke our access to their Google account at any time via their Google Account settings, and may request deletion of their data by contacting us. Revoking access stops future data collection.
